Spanish striker whose career spanned from 1943 to 1956. He scored 89 goals in 237 appearances for FC Barcelona between 1946 and 1958.
He began his professional career with CE Manresa and played 3 seasons there before joining FC Barcelona.
He played on the Spanish national team from 1949 to 1957.
His younger brother Joaquin also played professional soccer.
He hailed from the same country as fellow forward David Villa . Both players were members of the Spanish national team, as well as FC Barcelona.
