South Korean actress who rose to fame for her starring role in Scarlet Innocence. Her performance in the 2014 thriller earned her the title of Best New Actress at the 2015 Director's Cut Awards. She would go on to star in television series like Taxi Driver and The Third Charm.

One of her earliest roles was in the 2010 drama film Second Half.

She signed with Management MMM in the year 2023. She posts photos of herself on her esom_ Instagram account, where she has gained more than 600,000 followers.

Her birth name is Lee So-young.
