Comedian famous for his live stage and television appearances, as well as for hosting the Laugh Factory's "Brown-ish" showcase. Kevin Hart 's Laugh Out Loud Network picked him to perform at the Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal. He was chosen as one of the top 100 comedians to be invited to perform on NBC's Last Comic Standing.

His debut comedy special, which is called "I'm No Expert", was released in the year 2015.

His erikriveracomedy Instagram page has gained 140,000 followers. He was featured in HBO Latino's "Entre Nos" standup showcase. He has written for television shows with talents such as Jay Dyer, who is known for his work on the show Woke.

In various interviews, he has credited his wife with being a huge help in his career.

He wrote a television show with two of the writers from Gabriel Iglesias 's show Mister Iglesias.
