CrossFit athlete and coach who rose to fame after her first place finish at the 2016 Canada West Open. She's also notable for taking eighth at the 2015 Reebox CrossFit Games.

She started her CrossFit journey in 2012 after gaining excess weight after going on a tour across Europe after college.

She played basketball for the University of Windsor and won two national championships.

She was born and raised in Calgary, Canada. She grew up one of three siblings working on her family's farm.

She's a professional CrossFit athlete and champion like Annie Thorisdottir .
