Choreographer and dance ethnologist whose research focuses on folk dances from Croatia and Macedonia.
She attended UCLA and majored in Theater Arts, with a minor in Dance.
She was a professor at UCLA and a research adviser at the Institute of Ethnology and Folklore research in Zagreb.
She was born to Hungarian and Croatian parents, from whom she began to dance, learning folk dances from the two regions.
She was born in the same city as artist Ivan Albright .
