Professional outfielder that was signed by the Chicago Cubs as an international free agent in 2013. He was traded to the Chicago White Sox on July 13, 2017. He won his first AL Silver Slugger award in 2020.
He began his professional career playing for the Cubs' rookie affiliate team the Arizona League Cubs.
On August 8 and 9, 2021 he became the first player in White Sox' franchise history to hit two Home Runs and five RBI's in back-to-back games.
His brother Cesar Jiménez is also a professional baseball player.
He hit his second career home run facing the Yankee's reliever Chad Green .
