ABOUT ELIZABETH DAY

English journalist, writer, author, and podcaster who built a career writing for several well-known and popular publications such as The Observer and You magazine. In the year 2018, she began hosting the podcast How to Fail with Elizabeth Day.

She began writing for a local newspaper column when she was only 12 years old. She studied at the Methodist College of Belfast and later at Queens College in Cambridge.

Her first novel, which is titled "Scissors Paper Stone," was published in the year 2012, and she subsequently released more than eight other writing works. One of her podcast guests was also actor Stanley Tucci . She made a big deal out of the fact that his favorite book was written by a woman.

In the year 2011, she married fellow British journalist Kamal Ahmed, but the couple later divorced. She later married Justin Basini.

Phoebe Waller-Bridge was the first guest on her podcast.
