ABOUT DYLAN COLEMAN
Professional pitcher that was drafted by the San Diego Padres during the fourth round of the 2018 MLB Draft. He was later acquired by the Kansas City Royals via trade in November 2020. Prior to being drafted, he attended Missouri State University where he won the Missouri Valley Conference Championship.
He began his professional career playing for the Tri-City Dust Devils. He was later promoted to the Fort Wayne TinCaps.
He made his official major league debut pitching against the Cleveland Indians on September 21, 2021, as a member of the Royals. As a rookie, his average fastball clocked in at 98.2 mph.
Growing up, he lived with his family in Potosi, Missouri.
He played alongside Max Castillo and Salvador Pérez as a member of the Royals during the 2022 MLB season.
