Former rugby league footballer who won four premierships with the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles as a player and coach. He won the Daily M. Award for Best Coach in 2012.
He was a primary school teacher at St Pius X College, Chatswood.
His NRL Grand Final win as a coach over the Melbourne Storm in 2008 came by a record-setting margin of 40-0.
He has children named Matisse and Campbell.
He was teammates with Michael O'Connor on the NSWRL Premiership-winning Sea Eagles squad of 1987.
