Former right fielder who played 12 years in the majors, hitting 134 home runs and stealing 170 bases.
He played in the Little League World Series in 1980 and 1981.
His best season came in 1998 with the Astros; he hit .314 with 22 home runs and 108 RBIs and played some of the best defense of his career.
His father taught him how to play baseball growing up in Tampa, Florida.
He was part of the 1992 Blue Jays that won the World Series, a team that included Hall-of-Fame second baseman Roberto Alomar .
