Deiveson Figueiredo
ABOUT DEIVESON FIGUEIREDO
Professional mixed martial artist and athlete that primarily competes in the men's Flyweight and Bantamweight divisions in the Ultimate Fighting Championships. He is a Black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He is often referred to by the nicknames Daico and Deus Da Guerra.
As a young boy growing up, he worked on his father's farm. Prior to learning Jiu-Jitsu, he was taught wrestling.
He is a huge soccer fanatic. In particular, he loves to watch the Botafogo and Paysandu Sport Clubs. Figueiredo faced Tim Elliott on October 12, 2019, at UFC Fight Night 161. He won the fight via submission in the first round. He stands 5'5" tall.
Growing up, he lived with his family in Soure, Brazil. He is one of three siblings.
He fought against Rob Font during UFC on ESPN 52.
