American television writer and radio talk show host who has worked as a football analyst and writer for NFL.com. He has also hosted the Dave Dameshek Football Podcast.

He was a successful swimmer while in high school and graduated from Indiana University with a degree in broadcast journalism.

He was awarded with an honorary doctoral degree from the National Mustard Museum in 2010.

He married Cindi Brodack in 2006.

He was a regular cast member on The Adam Carolla Show for a short time in 2006.
