Daniel Edward Pilarczyk
ABOUT DANIEL EDWARD PILARCZYK
American clergyman of the Roman Catholic Church who served as the Archbishop of Cincinnati from 1982 to 2009.
He received a Licentiate of Philosophy from the Urban College of Propaganda in Rome in 1956.
In 2003 he pleaded no contest to five misdemeanor counts of failing to report cases of sexual abuse within the Church.
He was an only child.
His resignation was accepted by Pope Benedict XVI in 2009.
