ABOUT DAN DOHERTY
English chef famous for his award-winning cooking and his role as a judge on Britain's Best Cook. He is the owner and Chef Director at London's Duck and Waffle, located on the top of the Heron Tower. He was named the Rising Star Chef in the 2013 Tatler Restaurant Awards.
He studied cooking at The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts.
The London Evening Standard named him one of London's 1,000 Most Influential People in 2014. Before becoming the head chef at The Old Brewery, he worked as an apprentice at 1 Lombard Street. He released a popular cookbook called Cooking at Home in 2018.
He has a son.
Mary Berry and Chris Bavin were his co-judges on Britain's Best Cook.
