ABOUT DALTON RUSHING

Big league catcher that was originally taken as a second round draft pick by the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2021. Prior to being drafted, he played college baseball at the University of Louisville . During his final season at Louisville, he earned second team All-ACC honors.

He was a two-sport athlete while at Brighton High School. At the time, he was considered the third best prospect in the entire state of Tennessee.

As a child, his favorite team to watch was the Atlanta Braves . He was also a huge video game fanatic, in particular he loved MLB: The Show .

He grew up living in Memphis along with his parents and his two siblings.

He is a former Louisville collegiate athlete just like Lamar Jackson .
