ABOUT CONNOR PHILLIPS
Major league relief pitcher that was originally drafted by the Seattle Mariners as a 2nd rounder in 2020. Since then, he has also pitched professionally within the Cincinnati Reds organization.
Prior to being drafted, he played college baseball at McLennan Community College for one season.
He is a graduate of Magnolia West High School. In 2018, he was invited to Perfect Game National Showcase.
He made his official major league debut while pitching against the Mariners. He recorded 7 strikeouts with 5 five earned runs.
He was born and raised in the Houston, Texas area.
He was selected during the 2020 MLB Draft just like Spencer Torkelson .
