Conner Capel

ABOUT CONNER CAPEL

Professional outfielder that was drafted by the Cleveland Guardians during the fifth round of the 2016 Major League Draft. He was later signed by the Oakland Athletics in September 2022. He has also played in the St. Louis Cardinals minor league farm system.

He is a graduate of Seven Lakes High School in Katy, Texas. He originally committed to play college baseball at the University of Texas , however, he instead decided to begin his professional career.

He made his official major league debut playing against the Miami Marlins on June 27, 2022, as a member of the Cardinals. Only two days later, he recorded his first major league hit.

He grew up living with his family in Katy, Texas.

He recorded his first career major league hit facing Sandy Alcantara .
