Notable for her cover shoots for Elle, Cosmopolitan, Vogue, and W magazines and for her modeling work for the Versace, Fendi, and Louis Vuitton fashion houses, she is also notable for her acting roles in the feature films Outpatient (2002) and Celebrity (1998).
During her childhood and early teenage years, she trained at the School of American Ballet and modeled for Sportmax and Revlon.
In 2010, she gave an acclaimed performance in a Los Angeles theatrical production of the Tennessee Williams play Orpheus Descending.
The child of a dramatist father and a dancer and actress mother, she spent her youth in New York City.
