ABOUT CIRO WATANABE
Chef who is best known to reality television fans as one of the judges on the Chilean version of Top Chef. He is the founder of the acclaimed Peruvian restaurant Osaka, based in Santiago, Chile.
He moved to Chile in 2009.
He is the author of the cookbook Ciro Watanabe En Su Salsa (2015).
He is of Japanese descent. He has been married and has children.
He and Tom Colicchio have both been judges on Top Chef.
