She is a self-taught artist, who began practicing after being diagnosed with Tourette's Syndrome and discovering that practicing creativity helped to calm her.
She and her husband are on a mission to travel all across the USA. They document their trips on their blogs and social media accounts.
She married Carl Nethercutt in 2013.
