ABOUT CHRISTIAN CASTAñEDA
Illustrator and tattoo artist who has had work published at mART: Selección de Artistas Emergentes para Nuevos Coleccionistas and Void Magazine. She has over 50,000 followers on her xianofthedeath Instagram account.
She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts at the National School of Painting, Sculpture, and Engraving from 2003 to 2008.
Her first group exhibition was called De la Ofrenda a la Instalación, de lo Tradicional al Arte Conceptual. It was held at Glorieta de Insurgentes Mexico City in 2006.
She posted a photo of her cat Flo to Instagram in February 2018.
She and Fher Val are both illustrators and tattoo artists from Mexico.
