ABOUT CAMERON DREW
Outfielder who made his MLB debut on September 9, 1988 for the Houston Astros, but retired after only seven games, due to injuries.
He played for the University of New Haven, and was selected with the 12th overall pick in the 1985 draft.
His knees were so damaged from amateur basketball that he was unable to survive in professional baseball.
He married Kristen Drew, and after his baseball career he moved to Florida.
During his short stint with the Astros he played alongside legendary pitcher Nolan Ryan .
