ABOUT BRYAN GARCIA

Professional pitcher that was drafted by the Detroit Tigers during the sixth round of the 2016 Major League Baseball Draft. Prior to being drafted, he attended the University of Miami where he was given the NCBWA Stopper of the Year Award in 2016. In April of 2022, he was designated for assignment by the Tigers.

He graduated from Christopher Columbus High School. He finished his senior season with a 1.23 earned run average.

He made his official major league debut pitching against the Minnesota Twins on September 2, 2019. He only pitched one inning during his debut.

He grew up living with his family in Miami, Florida. He has an older brother named, Michael.

He once played collegiate baseball at the University of Miami just like Ryan Braun and Yonder Alonso .
