Professional pitcher that was signed by the Houston Astros as an international free agent in 2013. He became the second-youngest pitcher in Astros' franchise history to appear in a postseason game in 2019.

He began his professional career playing for the Astros' rookie affiliate team the DSL Astros.

He made his major league debut pitching on July 31, 2019.

He is a native of Santo Domingo Centro.

He credits Justin Verlander as being one of his biggest pitching influences growing up.
