Wicket-keeper who played his entire 7-year first class career for Tasmania.
He made his senior debut in 1972.
In his final season, he helped Tasmania win the 1978-1979 Gillette Cup.
His son, Alex Doolan , is also a professional cricketer.
He is from Launceston, Tasmania, the same city that produced fellow cricketer George Bailey .
