ABOUT BRIAN CHAPLIN
Singer and songwriter who, along with his twin brother Andrew Chaplin , formed a hip-hop and electro band called Locnville. Locnville's hit songs include "Stars Above You" and "Sun in My Pocket."
In 2006, he and Andrew formed a band called III (Three). The group released its first album, What They Say, in 2007.
Locnville's debut album, Sun in My Pocket, reached the coveted # 1 spot on South African music charts.
He and his identical twin brother were born in New York to actress Pam Eichner and musician Spencer Chaplin. The family relocated to South Africa when the brothers were two years old.
Comedian Charlie Chaplin was the first cousin of Brian and Andrew Chaplin's paternal grandfather.
