Brent Rooker
ABOUT BRENT ROOKER
Professional outfielder that was drafted by the Minnesota Twins during the 2017 Major League Draft. In August 2022, he was acquired by the Kansas City Royals via trade. During his professional career, he has also played in the San Diego Padres minor league farm systems.
He attended Mississippi State University from 2014 until 2017. In 2017, he was named SEC Player of the Year.
During his junior season at Mississippi State, he won the South Eastern Conference triple crown after leading all players in home runs, runs batted in, and batting average. He is the only second player ever in SEC history to do this.
Growing up, he lived with his family in Germantown, Tennessee. He is the son of Lynne and Terry Rooker.
He once played college sports at Mississippi State just like Dak Prescott .
