Right-handed minor league closer who played nine seasons in the pros, appearing in the 2002 All-Star Futures Game and compiling a career 3.98 ERA with 76 saves.

He played baseball at Pioneer Valley Regional School in Massachusetts.

Though his stuff was never overpowering, he posted high strikeout rates at nearly every stage of his career.

He was born in Brattleboro, Vermont.

Pitcher Kevin Slowey was his teammate on the Triple-A 2007 Rochester Red Wings.
