ABOUT BOWDEN FRANCIS

Professional baseball pitcher for the Toronto Blue Jays of Major League Baseball (MLB). He made his MLB debut in the year 2022. He had previously played for the Milwaukee Brewers .

He attended and played for Chipola College in Miami, Florida. He was drafted by the Milwaukee Brewers in the seventh round of the 2017 Major League Baseball draft.

In August of 2023, he earned his first career Major League save. He picked up his first save in a game against the Cincinnati Reds . He began the 2023 season with Triple-A Buffalo, making 4 starts and recording a 3.45 ERA with 23 strikeouts in 15+2⁄3 innings pitched.

He is married to Jenna Francis. Together, they have a son named Booker.

He and Bo Bichette are teammates on the Toronto Blue Jays roster.
