ABOUT BOB EGERTON

Won the Rugby World Cup with Australia in 1991 and became best known for his sterling performance against the All Blacks in the semi-finals.

He studied Agricultural Science at Sydney University.

He was well known for sporting a long, distinguished beard.

He became Dean of the Veterinary Faculty at Sydney University.

He played on the opposite wing to David Campese during the Wallabies' unbeaten 1991 season.
