Best known for his time in Ring of Honor, he has been a World Tag Team champion numerous times.

He debuted on January 23, 2000, in the Heartland Wrestling Association.

While in the Heartland Wrestling Association, he was both a Cruiserweight and Heavyweight champion.

He was born in Owensboro, Kentucky.

Early in his career he won the Cruiserweight Championship by winning a four-man elimination match against Shannon Moore , Matt Stryker, and Jamie Knoble.
