ABOUT BERGSON DE SILVA

Professional center forward and striker that signed his first club contract with Grêmio Foot-Ball Porto Alegrense in 2009. A few years later, he signed with the Johor Darul Ta'zim Football Club in May 2021. During his club career, he has played in countries such as Brazil, Malaysia, South Korea, and Portugal. His soccer fame has resulted in him gaining over 250,000 followers on Instagram.

He initially began his soccer career playing for the Sports Club Internacional youth team. After two years, he joined the Grêmio Foot-Ball Porto Alegrense youth squad.

His 29 goals led all scorers in the Malaysia Super League during the 2022 club season. Due to his performance, he was named 'Best Foreign Player' during the Malaysian National Football Awards.

Growing up, he lived with his family in Alegrete, Brazil.

He shares a February 9th birthday with Alejandra Guzmán and Jalen Green .
