British professional wrestler and athlete who is best known for being signed for WWE and performing on the NXT brand under ring name Nathan Frazer.

He made his professional wrestling debut in the year 2018 under the ring name Benjamin Carter.

He has been trained by fellow professional wrestler Seth Rollins at the Black and Brave Wrestling Academy in the United States. He is a former NXT Heritage Cup Champion. He stands 5'10" tall and weights just over 180 pounds.

He began a relationship with wrestler Thea Hail . On April 19, 2023, Timms became a born-again Christian, announcing he had been baptized.

In March of 2022, he fought against wrestler Ilja Dragunov .
