Professional stand-up comedian and social media personality most recognized by his famous El Conde del Guácharo satire comedy skits. He once ran for President of Venezuela as a member of the "Piedra Party" however he eventually decided to step down. Thus far, he has accumulated over 18 million views on his ercondecanaloficial YouTube channel where he posts different short comedy skits.

He first discovered that he wanted to be a comedian as a college student in school. He officially began his professional career in 1985.

In addition to stand-up and acting, he has also worked as a stunt devil. He primarily worked on the show Sabado Sensacional. He has garnered over 2.7 million followers on his Instagram account, where he showcases his many talents and titles.

He grew up living with his family in Caracas, Venezuela.

He once ran against Hugo Chávez during the 2006 Venezuelan Presidential race.
