ABOUT BEA TAN

Indoor and beach volleyball player, fitness coach, and entrepreneur who played for the Foton Tornadoes Women's team in the Super Liga club league in the Philippines. She posts life and career updates on her beavelascotan Instagram account, where she has amassed 70,000 followers. She co-founded the Beach Volleyball Republic along with a number of former teammates, including Gretchen Ho and Charo Soriano .

She played collegiate volleyball for Manila University, graduating in 2014.

She opened a Sunnies Studios franchise in Bacolod City, her hometown. She credits her father with helping her achieve success in her business.

Her daughter Stella was born in November 2021.

She played alongside Alyssa Valdez in college.
