ABOUT BBOY TSUKKI
Japanese break dancer, who gained fame for performing at the 2024 Paris Olympics, in breaking's inaugural year being added to the Olympics sport lineup. He is part of the dance crews MB CREW, BROTHERGREEN, HEROES and XII After Ours and is sponsored by Red Bull. He posts under the handle bboy_tsukki to Instagram, where he has over 110,000 followers.
He first gained interest in breaking after his brother started the sport, and decided to start dance school at age 7 under the guidance of his teacher, Kaku, who he still works with. About a year and a half after starting breaking, he participated in a French tournament and became more serious about the sport.
He has won more than 50 times both domestically and internationally, including at the memorable 2019 Crash Bandicoot tournament in the Netherlands where he won the Best Combo Award. He also won at the 3vs Freestyle Session World Final in November of 2024 alongside his teammates, Bboy Yhi and Bboy Shigekix.
His name is Tsukimitsu Iinuma and he is from Osaka, Japan.
He competed at the 2024 Paris Olympics against infamous Australian breaker, Rachael Gunn (Raygun).
