ABOUT BARRY BURNS

Scottish musician who is known for playing a variety of instruments in the post-rock group Mogwai.

He enrolled in the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in Glasglow. Before graduation, he joined the band Mogwai just before the recording of their second album Come on Die Young.

He is known for having earned representation from a variety of different record labels including Chemikal Underground, Matador, and Play It Again Sam.

He was born and raised in Glasgow, Scotland.

He is known for playing DJ sets alongside fellow Mogwai band member Stuart Braithwaite .
