Asyraf Wajdi Dusuki

ABOUT ASYRAF WAJDI DUSUKI

Politician best known for his position as Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister's Department in charge of Islamic affairs from 2015 to 2018 in Malaysia. He was also Youth Chief of the United Malays National Organisation.

He studied at Loughborough University, where he obtained a master's degree in science and a doctorate in philosophy.

After a lost election in May of 2018, he is no longer the Deputy Minister in charge of Islamic affairs.

He is married to his wife named Nurdianawati Irwani Abdullah.

His position in the Prime Minister's Department was succeeded by politician Khairy Jamaluddin .
