Professional pitcher that was drafted by the Kansas City Royals during the 27th round of the 2012 MLB Draft. He was acquired by the Colorado Rockies via trade in July 2021.

He began his professional career playing for the Royals' rookie affiliate team the AZL Royals.

He made his major league debut pitching against the Houston Astros on August 19, 2020 as a member of the Rockies.

He is a native of Newport, Arkansas.

He has played alongside Trevor Story as a member of Rockies during the 2021 MLB season.
