ABOUT ARISTIDES AQUINO

Professional outfielder that was signed by the Cincinnati Reds as an international free agent in January 2011. In August 2019 he broke a major league record after hitting 14 home runs, which is the most home runs in a month for a National League rookie.

He began his professional career playing for the Reds' rookie affiliate team the DSL Reds.

He made his major league debut playing against the San Francisco Giants on August 19, 2018.

He is a native of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

On August 3, 2019 in his fourth Major League appearance and third of the season, he produced his first career hit and first career homerun, both off Dallas Keuchel .
