ABOUT ARIëN VAN WEESENBEEK

Dutch drummer, performer, entertainer, artist, and musician who has played for metal bands like Epica, MaYaN, and God Dethroned. He played Pearl drums and Amedia cymbals. He used Remo heads and Balbex sticks.

At the young age of seven, he began taking drumming lessons. He started a band at age 15. He studied at the Conservatory of Rotterdam from the year 1998 until 2002.

He wrote music for God Dethroned. The first full song he wrote for Epica was the single The Quantum Enigma."

His parents gave him a baby drum kit when he was three years old.

He and Isaac Delahaye were both members of God Dethroned.
