ABOUT AQUILES CHAVEZ

Mexican chef and television personality who is known for having founded the restaurant La Fisheria. He is also recognized from the televised cooking programs El Toque de Aquiles, Aquilisimo, and Motochefs.

With the motivation to make enough money to buy an electric guitar he entered the food industry at age 16.

He worked as the chef in charge of fine dining at the Hyatt in Villermosa.

He is originally from Mexico.

In 2017 he appeared on a televised cooking segment with talk show host Conan O'Brien .
