Filipino singer who is best recognized for his singles "Paano ang Puso Ko," "Umiiyak ang Puso," and "Di Ko Kayang Tanggapin." One of his most popular songs is titled "Ye Ye Vonnel."

He was a member of the band April Boys before leaving to pursue a solo career.

He became an American citizen in March 2011.

He has seven siblings, including his brothers Vingo and Jimmy Regin. He passed away on November 29, 2020.

He and Billy Crawford are both pop singers who were born in the Philippines.
