ABOUT ANTHONY LAVIGNE

Professional natural bodybuilder with the World Natural Bodybuilding Federation also known as Ant "Gainz" Lavigne. By the age of 21 he'd developed his own high-volume training program and  been sponsored by natural supplement company NutraBio.

He started weight-lifting when he was in high school and wanted to bulk up his figure.

He's developed his own team of trainees who compete under the name Team Gainz.

A video of his dog Parker trying to pull one of his mother's socks off has over 3000 views on Instagram.
