Co-host (with Nick Owen) of Good Morning Britain and Good Morning... with Anne and Nick. She also hosted a morning radio show called BBC Radio Berkshire.

She started her journalistic career with Bristol's BBC West.

In 2006, she appeared in the United Kingdom version of Celebrity Fit Club.

She married Mike Hollingsworth in 1989; together, they had five children.

Her cousin Jim Diamond had a successful career as a singer.
