Television actress well known for her 2014 television role as Jamie Sawyer in Reckless. She also had a recurring role as Nichole Frishette in NBC's Deception and starred as Captain Maya in CBS's The Code .

She landed her first major role after her flight was canceled to go home as her manager called and told her about this other audition while she was stuck in town.

She had film roles in 2010's Nice Guy Johnny and in 2012's Chronicle. She has appeared in more than 50 episodes of television throughout her ongoing career.

She married her long-time boyfriend, actor Dane DeHaan , in 2012. The couple have two children together.

She grew up in the same North Carolina town of Mount Airy as Andy Griffith .
