ABOUT ANNA KOOIMAN

Known for her work with the Fox News Channel, Kooiman hosted North Carolina's Fox News Rising and the weekend edition of New York's Fox & Friends, among other programs. She has earned over 20,000 followers on Instagram.

While a student at the University of North Carolina, Wilmington, she worked as a Fox Sports reporter. Following her college graduation, she was employed by ABC and NBC affiliates in North Carolina and Ohio.

Apart from her television hosting duties, she pursued a career as a North Carolina-based fitness trainer. She posts a combination of fitness and behind-the-scenes content on her annakooiman Instagram page.

Born to business executive parents of Dutch ancestry, she was raised in Charlotte, North Carolina.

She and Beth Troutman were both anchors of North Carolina's Fox News Rising program.
