ABOUT ANNA-CATHERINE HARTLEY

American-French singer-songwriter, rapper, DJ, and fashion designer known professionally as Uffie. Her music incorporates synthpop, acid house, electro, and rap. Her 2010 debut album, Sex Dreams, and Denim Jeans was nominated for Best Electronic Album in the French Victoires de la Musique. She promotes her projects on her uffieufficial Instagram account, where she has amassed more than 30,000 followers.

She studied fashion in Paris, attending the International School of Paris. In 2005, she wrote her first single "Pop the Glock," which was released as a MySpace demo.

She releases her music videos to her self-titled YouTube channel, where she has over 5 million views. The music video for her song "cool," released in September 2021, received over 150,000 views.

She was born in Miami, Florida to an English father and a Japanese mother. She and Andre Saraiva were married in 2008 and had a daughter Henrietta after divorcing in 2009.

She featured Pharrell Williams on two singles in her debut album.
