Striker who debuted with the U.S. Latina Calcio in 1994; joined the San Marino national team in 1998.
He grew up playing soccer in Rome, Italy.
He became the all-time leader in goals for San Marino's national team.
His father came from Lazio, Italy while his mother was born and raised in San Marino.
He played in the 2010 FIFA World Cup, a tournament that included dominant Italian goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon .
