ABOUT ANDREW EVANS
Novelist famous for his work with National Geographic and for his book, The Black Penguin. He has written five books, two of which were best-selling guidebooks. He has done live reports from all seven continents.
He received degrees from BYU and Oxford University.
His book, The Black Penguin, was named as a Stonewall Honor Book by the American Librarians' Association. He posts nature photos and pictures of friends on his wheresandrew Instagram page, which has amassed 50,000 followers. He hosts the show, World's Smartest Cities.
He was born in Virginia's Blue Ridge Mountains.
He and Kirby Trapolino 's work has been featured by National Geographic.
